With 30+ years of experience and 250+ homes built across multiple states, Chris brings unmatched expertise to every Western Legacy project. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Global Business from Thunderbird University — but his greatest credential is the families he’s housed over three decades of building.

Co-Owner & Project Lead
Chris’s son and business partner, Anderson brings a fresh perspective and hands-on experience to Western Legacy Homes. With a business degree from Arizona State University, 5+ years in construction and remodeling, including 2 years in water damage restoration, Anderson oversees day-to-day operations and project management — making sure every build runs smoothly and every client feels taken care of.
