Our current semi-custom build — The Summit — is a 3,016 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and vaulted ceilings throughout. We broke ground February 24th and will be complete by end of June.
That’s 4 months start to finish in a market where the average is 6-9 months. The client chose the floor plan, personalized their finishes and trusted us to handle the rest.
